CHAPTER 152 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 148 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1963 RELATING TO THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF NAGS HEAD, AND TO AMEND SAID CHARTER CONCERNING THE ELECTION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF SAID TOWN. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 2 of Chapter 148 of the 1963 Session Laws is hereby amended by striking out the period at the end of the Section following the word election, inserting a comma, and adding the following words: and at the time of filing such notice shall pay to the Town Clerk and Treasurer a filing fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
