CHAPTER 153 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR A NONPARTISAN ELECTION OF THE CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Any vacancy occurring on the County Board of Education by death, resignation or otherwise, shall be filled by the remaining members of the Board of Education, and the person chosen shall serve for the unexpired term and until his successor is elected and qualified.
