CHAPTER 155 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 876 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1965 RELATING TO THE INCORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KING. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1 of Chapter 876 of the Session Laws of 1965 is hereby amended by striking out of the first and second lines of subsection (a) thereof the words and figures shall conduct a special election not later than April 1, 1967 and by inserting in lieu thereof the following words may at any time call and conduct a special election.
