CHAPTER 16 AN ACT TO AMEND THE MOTOR VEHICLE LAWS G. S. 20-16(c) TO REMOVE VIOLATIONS OF THE SAFETY EQUIPMENT INSPEC- TION REQUIREMENTS FROM THE OPERATORS LICENSE POINT SYSTEM. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 20-16(c), as same appears in Volume 1C, 1965 Replacement Volume of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by adding immediately after line 41, and as-line 42 thereof the following words failure to display current inspection certificate.
