CHAPTER 161 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1291, SESSION LAWS OF NORTH CAROLINA, 1957, BEING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF EMERALD ISLE RELATING TO THE NUMBER OF COMMIS- SIONERS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That Chapter 1291 of the Session Laws of North Carolina is hereby further amended by striking out in Section 6 the word three immediately following the word of and preceding the word members in the first sentence thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the word five.
