CHAPTER 164 AN ACT TO CREATE THE NORTH CAROLINA ARTS COUNCIL. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Appropriations; Funds. In addition to the appropriations out of the General Fund of the State, the Council may accept gifts, bequests, devises, matching funds, or other considerations for use in promoting the work of the Council.
