CHAPTER 167 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CASWELL COUNTY TO FIX FEES CHARGED BY THE COUNTY OFFICERS AND TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY BOARD OF COM- MISSIONERS OF SAID COUNTY TO FIX THE NUMBER OF SALARIED COUNTY EMPLOYEES AND THE COMPENSATION OF COUNTY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
