CHAPTER 17 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 164-14 WITH REGARD TO TERMS OF MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL STATUTES COMMISSION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 164-14 is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following subsection: (f) Notwithstanding the expiration of the term of the appointment, the terms of members of the General Statutes Commission shall continue until the appointment of a successor has been made and reported to the secretary of the Commission.
