CHAPTER 170 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 897 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1959 RELATING TO THE SALARY OF THE OFFICIALS IN THE TOWN OF BROADWAY IN LEE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Chapter 548 of the Session Laws of 1947 is hereby amended by striking out 3% which was inserted therein by Chapter 897 of the Session Laws of 1959
