CHAPTER 171 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 67-33, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR AN ANNUAL DOG KENNEL TAX IN SAMPSON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 67-33, as the same appears in the 1965 Replacement Volume 2C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by adding a proviso at the end of the first paragraph, to read as follows: Provided, that in Sampson County, any owner of a dog kennel shall pay an annual tax of twenty dollars ($20.00) in lieu of the tax on individual dogs as provided by law.
