CHAPTER 171 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 67-33, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR AN ANNUAL DOG KENNEL TAX IN SAMPSON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

This Act shall apply to Sampson County only.
