CHAPTER 172 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 113 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1903 RELATING TO ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF BREVARD. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 29 of Chapter 113 of the Private Laws of 1903 is hereby amended by changing the comma in the fourth line thereof to a period, and by striking out all of said Section appearing after said period. 214
