CHAPTER 173 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 110 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO THE HOURS OF LABOR OF CERTAIN MINOR GIRLS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. S. 110-2 as the same appears in 1966 Replacement Volume 3A of the General Statutes is hereby amended by striking out of the 16th, 17th, and 18th lines thereof the words, that no girl between 16 and 18 years of age shall be so employed, permitted, or allowed to work before six oclock in the morning or after nine oclock in the evening of any day; and provided further,.
