CHAPTER 176 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 160-59 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES OF NORTH CAROLINA SO AS TO EXCLUDE THE TOWN OF BISCOE AS TO THE SALE OF ONE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the governing body of the Town of Biscoe shall have and is hereby granted the power to sell and convey said real property at a private sale for such consideration and upon such terms as in the judgment of the governing body shall be in the best interest of the citizens of the Town of Biscoe.
