CHAPTER 181 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 926 OF THE 1947 SESSION LAWS, AS AMENDED, ESTABLISHING THE CHARLOTTE FIREMENS RETIREMENT SYSTEM. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 5(c)(3) of Chapter 926 of the Session Laws of 1947 is hereby amended by deleting the proviso following the words twenty-five years and by changing the semicolon to a period, and by deleting subdivisions (a) and (b) thereof.
