CHAPTER 181 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 926 OF THE 1947 SESSION LAWS, AS AMENDED, ESTABLISHING THE CHARLOTTE FIREMENS RETIREMENT SYSTEM. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

This Act shall become effective upon its ratification and shall apply to all retirements effective on and after January 1, 1966 In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 11th day of April, 1967 H. B. 359
