CHAPTER 182 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 97-16 REGARDING WORKMENS COMPEN- SATION BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN OFFICERS OF UNION COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 97-16 is hereby amended by striking the word Union as the same appears in line 8 of the Statute so that Union County shall not be excepted from the general provisions of G. S. 97-16.
