CHAPTER 183 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 153-10.1 AS THE SAME APPEARS IN THE 1965 SUPPLEMENT TO VOLUME 38C OF THE GENERAL STATUTES OF NORTH CAROLINA, SO AS TO ADD LINCOLN COUNTY TO THE COUNTIES WHEREIN THE BOARDS OF COUNTY COMMIS- SIONERS ARE AUTHORIZED TO PROMULGATE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE AND TRASH. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 153-10.1, as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement to Volume 3C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by adding after 221 the word Jackson, and before the word McDowell in line 13 thereof the following: Lincoln.
