CHAPTER 184 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 36 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 908, EXTRA SESSION, AND CHAPTER 770 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1963, TO PROVIDE FOUR-YEAR TERMS FOR OFFICIALS OF THE TOWN OF BAILEY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The notice heretofore given of the 1967 regular election in the Town of Bailey is hereby ratified, validated, and confirmed, and no further notice of such election shall be necessary.
