CHAPTER 189 AN ACT TO FIX THE SALARIES OF THE CHIEF DEPUTY AND DEPUTY SHERIFFS OF HENDERSON COUNTY, AND TO AU- THORIZE THE APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL DEPUTY SHERIFFS, AND THE PURCHASE OF A PATROL CAR FOR THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Sheriff of Henderson County is hereby authorized to purchase one additional patrol car to be used by the Sheriffs Department in the performance of its official duties.
