CHAPTER 19 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 48-21 (c) TO MAKE LESS RESTRICTIVE THE PROVISIONS FOR WAIVING AN INTERLOCUTORY DECREE OF ADOPTION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. S. 48-21 (c) as it appears in 1966 Replacement Volume 2A of the General Statutes is hereby amended by inserting a comma in line five thereof immediately after the word grandniece, and by adding, immediately after the comma and immediately before the word of, words and punctuation as follows: brother or sister, half brother or half sister,.
