CHAPTER 19 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 48-21 (c) TO MAKE LESS RESTRICTIVE THE PROVISIONS FOR WAIVING AN INTERLOCUTORY DECREE OF ADOPTION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 48-21 (c) as it appears in 1966 Replacement Volume 2A of the General Statutes is hereby further amended by deleting the word sixteen in line six thereof and by inserting the word twelve in the place of the word sixteen.
