CHAPTER 190 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA TO ENTER INTO THE INTERSTATE LIBRARY COMPACT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
In the event of withdrawal from the compact the Governor shall send and receive any notices required by Article XI (b) of the compact.
