CHAPTER 197 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF ENLARGED MUNICIPAL BOARDS OF ADJUSTMENT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 160-181.2, as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement to 1964 Replacement Volume 3D of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by changing the period in the third line of the third paragraph thereof to a comma, and by inserting immediately following such comma the following words and punctuation: and by adding alternate members equal to the number of alternate members appointed to the existing board of adjustment.
