CHAPTER 199 AN ACT RELATING TO RETIREMENT BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF LINCOLNTON IN LINCOLN COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The employee and retired employee, shall file with the Clerk to the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Lincolnton a notice of his or her desire to be placed on the roll for retirement, which shall be voluntary on the part of the employee or the retired employee.
