CHAPTER 199 AN ACT RELATING TO RETIREMENT BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF LINCOLNTON IN LINCOLN COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Town of Lincolnton shall pay three and one-half per cent (3%%) monthly, which is the same per cent to be paid by the employees and retired employees of the Town of Lincolnton, from nontax moneys and revenue.
