CHAPTER 2 AN ACT TO POSTPONE THE ELECTION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE MOORE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION UNTIL THE FIRST TUESDAY IN APRIL, 1968 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the election of the members of the Moore County Board of Education, to be held on the first Tuesday in April, 1967, as provided in Section 3(c) of Chapter 1051 of the Session Laws of 1965, is hereby continued and postponed until the first Tuesday in April, 1968 On the first Tuesday in April, 1968, the election of the members of the Moore County Board of Education shall be held and conducted as provided in Section 3 of Chapter 1051 of the Session Laws of 1965, and until said election the terms of office of the present members of the Moore County Board of Education are hereby continued and extended until the results of said election held on the first Tuesday in April, 1968
