CHAPTER 2 AN ACT RELATING TO REAPPORTIONMENT OF BOARDS OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Subject to the provisions of Section 7 of this Act, all laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed. Sec. 94 The provisions of this Act shall not apply to Cherokee County.
