CHAPTER 200 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 511, SESSION LAWS OF 1951, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ELECTION OF MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS IN THE TOWN OF WHITE LAKE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

In the event two or more candidates receive the same number of votes in the 1967 election, the board of canvassers shall determine which candidates are elected for a four-year term and which candidate is elected for a two-year term.
