CHAPTER 202 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 1-371 RELATING TO THE ALLOTMENT OF A HOMESTEAD SO AS TO AUTHORIZE A DEPUTY SHERIFF OF CASWELL COUNTY TO APPOINT APPRAISERS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. S. 1-371 is hereby amended by inserting immediately following the word Camden and immediately preceding the word Chowan, in line 14 thereof, the word Caswell.
