CHAPTER 206 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF DUPLIN COUNTY TO EXPEND SURPLUS GENERAL FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COUNTY WELFARE BUILDING. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 18th day of April, 1967 247 H. B. 405
