CHAPTER 209 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF STANLY COUNTY TO LEASE CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE STANLY COUNTY FIREMENS ASSOCIATION AND TO EXPEND CERTAIN FUNDS FOR FIRE PROTECTION PURPOSES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
In order to provide further for greater fire protection for the citizens of Stanly County, the Board of County Commissioners of Stanly County is authorized to pay said Association not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per month during the fiscal years 1967-68 and 1968-69 to be used to assist said Association in its training operation and in the erection of necessary structures therefor on the leased property.
