CHAPTER 211 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 78, SESSION LAWS OF 1967, RE- LATING TO VOTING ON A SUNDAY CLOSING ORDINANCE IN THE CITY OF WILSON. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That Chapter 78 of the Session Laws of 1967 is amended by adding at the end of Section 1 of said Act a new paragraph as follows: Kach voter shall be furnished a ballot on which, together with appropriate blocks for marking the ballot, shall be printed: [] FOR a Sunday Closing Ordinance. [|] AGAINST a Sunday Closing Ordinance.
