CHAPTER 212 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 25-Sep SO AS TO PROVIDE STAGGERED TERMS FOR THE GRAND JURY IN BURKE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 18th day of April, 1967 S. B. 181
