CHAPTER 22 AN ACT TO MAKE GS 160-181.2, RELATING TO EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONING JURISDICTION, APPLICABLE TO THE TOWN OF CHERRYVILLE IN GASTON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
GS 160-181.2, as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement to the 1964 Replacement Volume 3D, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following: This Section shall be applicable to the Town of Cherryville, in Gaston County.
