CHAPTER 222 AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 18, OF THE GENERAL STATUTES, SO AS TO PERMIT THE TRANSPORTATION, POSSESSION AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR PERSONAL USE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 11 of Chapter 18 of the General Statutes of North Carolina is hereby amended by adding a new sentence at the end of the present Section, as follows: Tt shall not be unlawful to possess liquor at such other places as are authorized by other provisions of Chapter 18, North Carolina General Statutes.
