CHAPTER 224 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 616, SESSION LAWS OF 1957, RE- LATING TO FEES FOR THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT AND THE CLERK OF THE RECORDERS COURT OF NEW HAN- OVER COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1 of Chapter 616, Session Laws of 1957, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following: Warrants of arrest in criminal and bastardy cases including affidavits or complaints, two dollars ($2.00). Warrants of commitments, one dollar ($1.00). Taking of bond or recognizance, one dollar ($1.00).
