CHAPTER 230 AN ACT AMENDING G. S. 75A-6(n) SO AS TO MAKE SAID ACT, RELATING TO SAFETY EQUIPMENT ON MOTOR BOATS, AP- PLICABLE TO PENDER COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
