CHAPTER 232 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BERTIE COUNTY BOARD OF EDU- CATION TO SELL TWO AND ONE HALF ACRES OF SURPLUS LAND TO THE AULANDER SWIM CLUB, INC. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The County Board of Education of Bertie County is hereby authorized to sell at private sale to Aulander Swim Club, Inc. at five hundred dollars ($500.00) per acre the two and one-half acres, more or less, of surplus land not needed for school purposes by said Board of Education, which was leased by said County Board of Education to said Aulander Swim Club, Inc. on November 2, 1966
