CHAPTER 233 AN ACT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN DELINQUENT TAXES IN PERSON COUNTY TO THE GENER..U FUND. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
All delinquent taxes due Person County and all penalties and interest assessed on taxes which are delinquent for any period whatsoever, when collected, and on the date of said collection, including accrued costs, shall be paid into the General Fund of Person County.
