CHAPTER 234 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE TOWN OF FOREST CITY TO MAKE CERTAIN EXPENDITURES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Board of Commissioners of the Town of Forest City is hereby empowered and authorized, in its discretion, to expend from any nontax funds on hand a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the purchase of band uniforms and equipment for East Rutherford High School, and such expenditure is hereby declared to be for a lawful public purpose. :
