CHAPTER 236 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1229 OF THE 1963 SESSION LAWS SO AS TO MAKE SAID CHAPTER APPLICABLE TO FORSYTH COUNTY SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE USE OF NON-TAX FUNDS FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES IN FORSYTH COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That Section 1% of Chapter 1229 of the 1963 Session Laws be amended by deleting the word Forsyth County as the same appear in the first line of said Section.
