CHAPTER 237 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 282, SESSION LAWS OF 1965, AND CHAPTER 115, SESSION LAWS OF 1963, THE SAME BEING THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF LUMBERTON. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1 of Chapter 282, Session Laws of 1965, is hereby amended by deleting from lines 3 and 4:00 who shall be elected by the voters of the City of Lumberton at large. 279
