CHAPTER 24 AN ACT TO CORRECT CERTAIN ERRORS IN THE GENERAL STATUTES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. 8S. 32-27(5) (c), as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 2A of the General Statutes, is hereby rewritten to read as follows: c. To contribute thereto or invest therein additional capital, or to lend money thereto, in any such case upon such terms and conditions as the fiduciary shall approve from time to time;.
