CHAPTER 241 AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 3 OF CHAPTER 160 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 160-32 is hereby amended by striking out of the sixth and seventh lines thereof the words cause a notice to be served upon the registrars by the sheriff of the county or the township constable and by inserting in lieu thereof the words notify the persons selected.
