CHAPTER 247 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 569, SESSION LAWS OF 1947, RE- LATING TO THE OPERATION OF POOL ROOMS IN ROBESON COUNTY ON SUNDAY, SO AS TO EXCLUDE THE CITY OF LUMBERTON THEREFROM. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Chapter 569, Session Laws of 1947, is hereby amended by adding a new Section immediately following Section 3, to be designated Sec. 3.1, and to read as follows: Sec. 3.1. This Act shall not be applicable in the City of Lumberton.
