CHAPTER 251 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 6(e) OF CHAPTER 708 OF THE 19438 SESSION LAWS OF NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That all laws or clauses of laws in conflict with this Act to the extent of such conflict are hereby repealed.
