CHAPTER 251 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 6(e) OF CHAPTER 708 OF THE 19438 SESSION LAWS OF NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 28th day of April, 1967 H. B. 414
