CHAPTER 254 AN ACT TO MAKE MORE SPECIFIC THE TIME SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 102, SESSION LAWS OF 1967 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Chapter 102, Session Laws of 1967, which was House Bill No. 155, ratified March 28, 1967, is hereby amended by inserting immediately following the phrase, within the past three years, at both places therein where said phrase appears, a comma, and after the comma inserting the phrase, from March 28, 1964, to March 28, 1967,.
