CHAPTER 26 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 5 OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF RALEIGH (CHAPTER 1184 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF NORTH CAROLINA, 1949, AS AMENDED) RELATING TO GENERAL RIGHTS AND POWERS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
